Who we are: 

The Marblehead Neck Association (MNA) is a not-for-profit organization formed for the purposes of:

 

  • Maintaining and improving the Neck as a residential neighborhood;

  • Notifying residents on any subject of public interest;

  • Assisting in the promotion of work for the benefit of residents; and

  • Creating events and activities to connect and strengthen the community of Neck residents.

Board subcommittees (welcome to residents): 

  • Traffic and Safety: Review and assess residents’ concerns regarding public safety and emergency planning for presentation to town officials.  

​

  • Community and Social Events: Create opportunities for Neck residents of all demographics to connect. 

​​

  • Marblehead Town Relations: Monitor town management activities and issues relevant to residents, and notify residents of said issues that pertain to our community so that they may create their own opinions.

 

  • Public Space Improvement: Address the maintenance, use, and safety of public spaces, primarily Chandler Hovey Park, Turtle Beach (extension of Devereux Beach at Harbor & Ocean Avenues), Castle Rock Park and the Massachusetts Audubon’s Wildlife Sanctuary.
